Industry Rivalry:

Low : only anti-ageing products – Beauty institutes – Radio frequency devices that eliminate wrinkles, marks and stretches

Bargaining Power of Suppliers:

Moderate to high: blood donors could have diseases that reduce the quality of the blood which might infect the product

High: if demand is high our company might run out of blood donors

Moderate: in terms of raw materials

Threat of New Entrants:

Moderate: High R&D costs + Promising market which makes it very likely that new entrants will enter the market quickly

Bargaining Power of Buyers:

Pill –> low: only available option on the market

Creme –> high: Possibility of substituting our creme

Threat of Substitutes:

Low: The protein that our company is using is the first one that has been identified by researchers to rejuvenate the body and skin. For substitutes, it would need a lot more research in this field to discover a new promising protein.
